~ Healing ~ Positive Change ~ Coping Strategies~ Personal Growth

  • As a Registered Clinical Counsellor in BC, I hold a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. I have had the privilege of counselling clients for the past 10+ years. I am a trauma-informed, relational and strengths based therapist.

My approach is largely guided by both evidenced based and experiential therapy models. Therapy is collaborative and focuses on accessing/building on existing strengths. Each session is tailored to meet your specific needs, I believe and have witnessed that you have capacity to heal and grow.

My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to process your emotions freely and help you cope effectively with life’s stressors.

  • As a teenager, I struggled with depression and anxiety and felt very alone. I remember thinking to myself at the time “I hope nobody else has to feel like this, I want to be there for anyone who feels this alone”. That thought has become a reality as I have had the amazing experience of helping people undo aloneness for the past 10 years. My own mental health journey has created in me a deep passion to help others and has guided my areas of specialization as a counsellor.

My mental health experience may not be the exact same as yours but it can be comforting to know that the person behind the screen has some insight into the struggles you may be facing, through lived experience along with professional expertise.
